Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Mentorship (DEIM) Committee includes a diverse group of faculty members, residents, fellows, nurse anesthetists and administrative staff members who promote and build upon existing diversity, equity, inclusion and mentorship workforce values through empathy and opportunity.
The DEIM Committee will focus on topics of recruitment, retention, education and career development. Through mentoring and support, we strive to promote an inclusive and diverse environment that supports the richness of our cultures at UCI.
